The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within an Australian telecommunications campaign (non-negotiable)
  • Solid Technical Support background in broadband, mobile, or VoIP services
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing support teams
  • Experience handling escalations and complex technical issues in telecom environments
  • Must be available to start ASAP and willing to work onsite in Ortigas

Your Daily Tasks

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and develop a team supporting AU telecom services (broadband, mobile, VoIP) to meet KPIs
  • Monitor performance, conduct coaching, and address gaps using data and insights
  • Manage schedules, staffing, and adherence to ensure operational coverage
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate with internal teams (WFM, QA, Operations, Training, Client) to support delivery
  • Identify trends and drive process improvements for service quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with AU telecom standards and policies
  • Maintain documentation and deliver performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
